Something not quite working right?

Yikes! We're sorry to hear that you had an issue. We created Showgoers to be simple and seamless so we'd like to help you get up and running.

First, 95% of all problems are fixed by refreshing your browser and starting the Showgoers sync session again. So if you haven't done that yet, it's worth a shot.

Here are a few things that usually fix the problem:

Double-check that you've installed the Showgoers Chrome Extension
Make sure you're opening Netflix in your Chrome browser.
Opt out of Netflix's "Test Participation". You can find it in your Netflix account settings, but click here for help doing this.
Uninstall and reinstall the extension to ensure that you have the latest version. It's pretty quick and you can check out this guide to see how.
Try disabling any extensions that could interfere, particularly ones that affect Netflix.
